Welcome to Hana Hijab. Intan here, I must say I am nervous and super excited to launch the website. Here is my story.

I have been a doctor all my life. When I first studied medicine in Leicester, UK, I never imagined that one day I would migrate, build a family, and eventually build a business of my own.

Living overseas taught me so much. It made me grateful, humbled, and deeply aware of the blessings of living in Malaysia as a Muslim woman. Yet, in 2025, I still found myself struggling with something so simple, yet so essential. Finding hijabs that were both fashionable and practical.

That’s why I decided to bring SL to the UK. Because I know there are countless women, just like me, who would appreciate the innovation and simplicity of a hijab designed for our busy, beautiful lives. A hijab that complements not complicates who we are.

And so, I present to you: Hana Hijab. A collection dedicated to my little girl, Hana. So that she will grow up never knowing the struggles I once faced, and only knowing the joy of embracing her identity with ease, grace, and style.

This is more than a hijab.
It’s a promise.
A legacy.
A gift of love from one generation to the next.
