🔆Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and CONTACT us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that we can only assist with damages or issues reported within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process claims made after this period.
✨ Our Promise
If for any reason you change your mind, we gladly accept returns, 14 days from the day your order arrives.
🧕 Conditions for Returns

Hijabs must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been visibly worn, tried on without care, or are damaged after delivery.
📦 How to Return

Email us at forhanahijab@gmail.com with your order number or click HERE.

Pack the hijab carefully in its original condition.

Post it back to us (return address will be provided via email).
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive your return in good condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
- You will receive an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a 14 days.
- If unapproved, you will be given a choice to have the item delivered back to you.

For all returns there is a fixed 5% fee for restocking per order.

Refunds cover the cost of the hijab(s) and the standard delivery charge.
- If you paid for Express delivery, we’ll still refund the standard rate only (as per consumer law).
💫 Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, after 14 days of the confirmation email, we recommend taking the following steps:

Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to officially appear.
- Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us directly for further assistance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
✨ Exchanges

Exchanges are available for regular-priced items and can be made for another product of the same value only.

Sale items received in good condition are non-exchangeable.
- If a sale item is defective, we will gladly replace it with the same product only.
