UK Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

• All orders under £50 will be charged a flat rate of £3.50.
  
  

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours.
  
  
• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–4 working days.
  
  
• All orders are sent via Evri or Royal Mail.

International Shipping Policy

We are pleased to announce that we now offer Tracked Shipping for all orders placed outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Orders are dispatch within 48 hours of the order. Please note that delays may occur, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Customs & Import Duties

• Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs fees or import duties.
  
  
• Customers are responsible for paying these charges, which vary by country and are not controlled or covered by Hana Hijab.
  
  
• The shipping company will contact you directly within 7 days of your parcel leaving our facility .
  
  

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If customs fees are not paid and your order is returned, we are unable to issue a refund. A £25 restocking fee will also be deducted from any applicable refund due to unpaid duties.

Shipping Delays

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are managed by the carrier. While we dispatch promptly, delays may occur, especially during busy periods.

Lost Packages

Hana Hijab is not responsible for lost parcels once handed over to the shipping carrier. Please use your tracking number to monitor delivery and contact the carrier directly regarding lost or delayed items.
